Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer:
The average delivery time is 7–14 business days. This is because our products are shipped directly to you from our suppliers. This business model allows us to reduce storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer competitive pricing while covering shipping costs.

Shipping Time: 7–13 business days (Monday to Friday)
Total Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday)
Question: The estimated delivery time has passed. Where is my order?
Answer:
In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe. Occasionally, delays may occur during the shipping process. You can check the status of your order using the Track Your Order page.
If your order has not arrived 3 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us.
Question: I’m missing items from my order. How is that possible?
Answer:
Because we work with multiple suppliers, items may be shipped separately. If part of your order is missing, you will usually receive the remaining items within 2–3 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer:
Shipping is 100% free on all orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Question: I’m not satisfied with my order. Can I return it?
Answer:
Yes. You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Question: How do I return an item?
Answer:
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days after delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, and must show no signs of use.
All return shipments must include a Track & Trace number. The sender is always responsible for the return shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 5 business days.

Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace number?
Answer:
You can track your order by entering your email address and order number on the Track Your Order page.
Question: My Track & Trace number shows no information. Why is that?
Answer:
Tracking information becomes available once your package has been processed by the shipping carrier. Please note that there may be a short delay between shipment and the availability of tracking updates.
